Appointment Policy
Appointment is only reserved just for you, appointments require a 25% deposit upon scheduling, which is credited towards your procedure.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred. You’re allowed one reschedule within 48 hours, after which a new deposit is required for a second reschedule.
Total cancellations result in forfeiting the original deposit. A 15-minute grace period is provided; beyond that, a no-show forfeits the deposit.
At every stage of each appointment, our artist invests dedicated time. We prioritize client satisfaction, ensuring that we proceed with a procedure only when the client is completely content with the color choice, placement, and the pre-drawn area being worked on.
Prior Permanent MUA Policy
If your eyebrows have been previously tattooed or micro bladed by another brand/artist and you are considering re-work, kindly send a clear photo to sparkleinbeauty@yahoo.com before booking your appointment for approval.
In instances where the prior work is excessively dark, dense, discolored, or large, we strongly recommend saline or laser removal before commencing the re-work. Once approved, the service will be a full-price initial session with a complimentary 6–8 week follow-up perfecting session.
While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee outcomes in such cases, and additional corrections may be necessary at an extra cost.
Results Policy
Healing outcomes differ for each client. The final shape is confirmed based on your approval after the session. Adhering strictly to aftercare instructions is essential, but we cannot guarantee the healed results due to the variable nature of the healing process.
Typically, two treatments yield a natural look, but using a pencil or powder may be necessary for your desired brow. Those seeking a more intense result should be aware that it may necessitate additional sessions, subject to additional charges.
Refund Policy
All services and deposits are non-refundable. Choosing Beauty Markd Ink as your artist requires adherence to our carefully outlined process for optimal results. Our appointments are conducted with meticulous attention, ensuring time is not rushed.
We prioritize client feedback during the sample session to guarantee the best outcome for you. As a result, we regret to inform you that refunds are not available.
